AQUALOOP produces water that is bacteria and virus free, using water from household gray water, rainwater, surface water, groundwater, runoff water from wastewater treatment plants, or industrial wastewater! Recycle gray water from showers and laundry easily and economically with new water treatment technology. Use AQUALOOP gray water to irrigate, flush toilets, cooling tower make up, and run laundry, in a wide range of buildings.
Georgia Water Tanks represents Intewa Aqualoop, currently the ONLY gray water treatment system certified by NSF.Click hereto learn more about NSF 350 certification. Click hereto see the current list of NSF 350-certified manufacturers.
AQUALOOP treatment membrane pods (left) are field-installed in a collection/treatment tank (don't worry, Georgia Water Tanks will supervise the installation). The tank can be supplied by Georgia Water Tanks, or by others. Treatment takes several hours. Treated water is pumped to a second tank automatically. Additional treatment, such as UV, carbon, or chlorine, can be included if desired, but is not required for NSF-350. Water is then available on-demand, for uses such as irrigation, toilet flushing, etc.

Gray Water System Maintenance
Some gray water treatment systems that use bag filters or filter screens, which require cleaning and waste disposal as often as monthly. Do you really want to handle the waste from your showers and sinks every month??? The AQUALOOP system can be sized for maintenance intervals as long as a year. The NSF 350 certification process requires maintenance intervals of 6 months or more. Which is why AQUALOOP is the only certified product for commercial buildings! Also, Georgia Water Tanks offers reasonably-priced maintenance agreements, to service and certify operation.
The treatment pods use ultra-filtration as a final stage. The ultra-filtration membranes self-clean daily, but require annual cleaning. The treatment tank will accumulate some solids, which are pumped automatically. Maintenance interval depends on influent water quality, volume, and the number of treatment pods. An open discussion about initial purchase price vs. maintenance expectations will help us recommend the right size treatment and tank.
